Precision & Grace

Ballet is a classical dance form that originated in the 15th-century Italian Renaissance courts and later developed into a concert dance form in France and Russia.

Ballet is characterized by graceful and precise movements, often accompanied by classical music. It requires discipline, strength, and flexibility and emphasizes proper posture and body alignment.

Ballet has many different styles and techniques, such as the Vaganova method, the Cecchetti method, and the Balanchine technique. GMB Dance follows and aligns with the British syllabus of the Royal Academy of Dance.

It is a beautiful and expressive art form that continues to captivate audiences around the world.
