Be Part of the Magic
Do you love being organized, calm in the chaos, and cheering on fabulous performers? You might be the perfect Recital Volunteer!
We’re looking for kind, reliable folks who enjoy helping behind the scenes—whether it’s guiding dancers to their places, handing out programs with a smile, or helping little ones with costume changes. If you’re the type who notices when someone needs a hand (and jumps in with heart), we’d love to have you on our team.
Volunteers make Recital Day feel smooth, safe, and truly special—and we couldn’t do it without you
We’d Love Your Help!

What is a Costume Fee?
Costuming is an integral part of a polished performance.
Material and labour to create costumes can be costly, and we can outgrow our dance costumes quickly. Unfortunately, this expensive yet temporary performance necessity can contribute to an unsustainable practice of purchase and discard.
GMB Dance is building a costume library for the dancers who need them now and for future generations. A sustainable costume plan helps support our families and dancers year after year.
The 20.00 costume fee helps build our wardrobe!
Session 4 is unique in our Season. As classes shift into show mode, some dancers take advantage of this opportunity to learn choreography without the pressure of preparing for the stage themselves. These dancers contribute so much to the overall success of their class's final piece. They learn and practice alongside the recital cast, bringing creative ideas and amplifying positive attitudes.
As we approach the big show, we celebrate the work of all the dancers and their journey.
Session 4+ is specifically for Recital preparation and is only open to those dancing in Recital. The deadline to Register for 4+ is Friday, February 7, 2025
